Crab Cake Cooking Instructions

Pan-Fried:

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat with a small amount of oil or butter.
  2. Place crab cakes in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and heated through.

Baked:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place crab cakes on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and warmed through.

Air Fried:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Place crab cakes in a single layer in the basket.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

Broiled:

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Place crab cakes on a baking sheet lined with foil and lightly greased.
  3. Broil for 4-5 minutes per side, keeping a close watch, until golden brown.
