Crab Cake Cooking Instructions
Pan-Fried:
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat with a small amount of oil or butter.
- Place crab cakes in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and heated through.
Baked:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place crab cakes on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and warmed through.
Air Fried:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Place crab cakes in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Broiled:
- Preheat the broiler.
- Place crab cakes on a baking sheet lined with foil and lightly greased.
- Broil for 4-5 minutes per side, keeping a close watch, until golden brown.
